Responsibilities

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops
Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles
Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
Serves as the single point of contact for all sprint work for the other BA/BPCs on the team
Help to direct more junior members of the team
Assist with managing SDLC related ceremonies

Qualification

ServiceNow platform expertiseBusiness process experienceCertified System AdministratorIntegration knowledgeCustomer service skillsPresentation skillsCommunication skillsAttention to detailSelf-starter

Required

Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM
Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
Strong presentation skills
Strong project and situational awareness
Strong communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong customer service skills
Self-starter

Preferred

Certified System Administrator
Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
