Senior Account Manager - Shuttle Division

Propark Mobility is an industry leading company in the parking management sector, seeking a Senior Account Manager for their Shuttle Division. The role involves overseeing shuttle fleet management, developing team members, and maintaining strong client relations while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees
Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses
Develop and maintain strong client relations
Assist supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports
Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction
Track shuttles to ensure timely delivery of passengers
Maintain vehicle records and provide maintenance reporting to the Area manager
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client
Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours)
Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client

Required

Previous Shuttle management experience, with a hospital focus also being a top asset
Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
Established experience with scheduling, Payroll and Dispatch as well as experience with Shuttle fleets
Management experience in the Transportation, Customer Service, and/or Hospital shuttle Industries
Impeccable conversational and written communication skills
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook, and ADP

Preferred

Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required
