Responsibilities
Conduct required food safety checks, including taking product temperatures, verifying expiration dates, and performing sanitation swabs
Enforce and adhere to all safety, GMP, allergen control, food defense, PPE, hygiene, and SQF policies and procedures
Report FSQ problems and initiate corrective action, including shutting down the production line for major non-conformances
Audit, record results, and gather discarded product from the production floor
Coach employees to follow HelloFresh policies and support the sanitation team
Perform routine CCP verifications and instrument calibrations (scales/thermometer)
Assist in non-conformance identification and CAPA analysis
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years old
Able to read, write, and speak English
Must have basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fractions)
Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
Must be willing to work the entire scheduled shift across days, nights, weekdays, and weekends
Complete FSQ training upon onboarding (to be launched in 2024)
Preferred
one year of related experience preferred
