This role is responsible for overseeing the installation of standby generators and leading a small team of installation helpers. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of 2 install helpers/apprentices during generator installations
Perform the electrical connections and ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes
Coordinate with install team and customers to ensure timely and accurate installations
Conduct site assessments and verify installation plans
Train and mentor apprentices to develop their technical skills and safety awareness
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues efficiently

Qualification

New Hampshire Electrical LicenseGenerator installationElectrical schematics interpretationLeadership skillsCustomer service experience

Required

Valid New Hampshire Electrical License (Journeyman or Master)
Proven experience in generator installation
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and installation manuals
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

Experience with residential standby generators (e.g., Generac, Kohler)
Knowledge of local building and electrical codes
Customer service experience in a residential setting
