Will be supervising other Maintenance Tech in the Hooksett NH & Manchester NH Areas
Must be 'on call'
Qualification
Required
Maintenance experience
Good knowledge in apartment maintenance including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general carpentry
Ability to diagnose issues
Must have own tools
Must have own vehicle
Must have state issued driver's license
Must be 'on call'
