Sell and service Personal and Commercial Property & Casualty insurance policies
Prospect and build relationships with new and existing clients through calls, referrals, and community outreach
Identify customer needs, explain coverage options, and recommend the right insurance solutions
Manage renewals and cross-sell opportunities within the agency’s client base
Maintain accurate records in agency CRM systems and follow up promptly with all prospects
Qualification
Required
Active Alabama Property & Casualty License (Personal & Commercial lines required)
Proven ability to close sales and meet production goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
Preferred
Prior experience in insurance sales
