Senior Business Analyst
CFS is a well-established, growth-oriented organization with headquarters in Wisconsin. They are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner closely with IT, operations, and leadership to drive process improvement and software enablement within the Business Solutions function.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional work with IT to implement, enhance, and integrate business applications
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
Drive and support cross-department process improvements and manage critical business systems
Serve as a subject matter expert in application management and process optimization, prioritizing initiatives by business impact
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior analysts and developers
Partner with departments to define requirements, select and manage vendors, and plan and execute implementations
Lead project teams through implementation, training, rollout, and change management
Maintain and enhance applications through ongoing releases and improvements
Evaluate existing software for underused features before pursuing new solutions
Qualification
Required

Preferred
Excellent project management, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to lead and provide guidance to other team members
Relevant work experience with information technology systems that support critical business processes
Experience with an ERP system (experience with construction- or project-focused ERP platforms is preferred)
