Responsibilities

Translate complex and sometimes ambiguous business and technical requirements into sound, scalable, and secure technical solutions
Understand business needs, IT strategy, and existing assets to identify optimal solution architectures
Assess implementation context and team capabilities to provide actionable architectural guidance
Ensure successful delivery of application architecture through mentoring and technical leadership
Partner with application owners, subject matter experts, product owners, architects, engineers, and delivery teams to enhance Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance

Required

7+ years of experience in IT Service Management Consulting
Enterprise Capability and IT Service Management Proven experience in designing enterprise capabilities and services, with a strong foundation in ITSM principles and practices
Cloud Architecture Extensive architectural and hands-on implementation experience with the AWS cloud platform is required
Data Platforms and Analytics Experience in data warehousing, data transport, analytics, and reporting using the Snowflake platform and its ecosystem

Preferred

Familiarity with other cloud environments such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is considered a strong plus
Nice to have experience with Architectural platforms tools like Hopex, LeanIX, ServiceNow, ArchiMate
Desirable Skills Experience or familiarity with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain is a plus
