Responsibilities
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO
Create compelling digital marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and target audience demographics
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the company's online presence and search engine rankings
Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth
Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, and image alt text, to improve search engine visibility
Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content for the company’s website and blog
Ensure all activities comply with NDIS guidelines and regulations
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in the NDIS or healthcare industry is a PLUS
