Responsibilities
Instruct, coach, and provide feedback to FSQ employees
Enforce and follow all safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and SQF (Safe Quality Food) policies. Empower associates to escalate non-conformances or violations
Conduct quality verification activities in the warehouse, staging, and production line setups (kitting and assembly)
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Warehouse, Operations) to resolve non-conformances. Effectively escalate food safety risks or quality issues and support corrective actions, including shutting down a production line for major errors
Oversee and complete food safety training, audits, and documentation, including temperature checks, expiration date verification, and sanitation swabs. Monitor and ensure team completion of inbound quality inspections on ingredients and continuous quality checks through all stages of the process. Monitor kitting and assembly audits
Maintain an active Forklift Operator license
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Must be a trained and certified Forklift Operator with an active license
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions) and computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)
Must be at least 18 years old and able to work the entire scheduled shift
Preferred
One year of related experience is preferred
