Responsibilities

Own the full software development lifecycle: requirement gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support

Design, build, and optimize scalable, high-availability distributed systems

Solve complex engineering problems with a focus on performance, correctness, and long-term maintainability

Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including quantitative analysts and market experts—translating technical ideas clearly to non-technical audiences and managing expectations effectively

Qualification

Required

4+ years working with an object-oriented programming language (C/C++, Python, Java, etc.)

A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, similar field of study or equivalent work experience

A robust knowledge of data structures and algorithms along with experience in one or more general purpose programming languages

A strong sense of ownership and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams and partners to drive projects and initiatives

Preferred

Experience with scalable and high availability distributed systems and event stream processing technology

Experience with concurrent programming

Recent experience with one or more programming languages including but not limited to: C++, Python, Java, Scala

Familiarity with, or a strong curiosity about financial markets

Experience with CI/CD, Testing and developer workflow automation
