Senior DevOps Engineer, Ephemeral Infrastructure

Responsibilities
Design, build, and evolve the company’s Ephemeral Infrastructure platform
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with Ephemeral environment tooling
Drive significant improvements to internal tooling, developer experience, and infrastructure automation
Enable engineers to rapidly spin up isolated, fully functional test environments for development, QA, penetration testing, customer demos, and more
Create world-class internal documentation, standards, and workflows that promote tool adoption
Own infrastructure reliability and partner with engineers to ensure performance, scalability, and simplicity
Qualification
Required
5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or comparable infrastructure-focused role
5+ years of deep, hands-on Kubernetes production experience (designing, deploying, operating)
Strong proficiency with Golang (required)
Extensive production experience with AWS services—EKS, EC2, S3, networking, IAM
Advanced Linux expertise (architecture, debugging, performance, operations)
Strong understanding of cloud-native infrastructure patterns, automation, IaC, and container orchestration
Preferred
Certified Kubernetes Administrator/Architect (CKA, CKAD)
Experience designing or maintaining Kubernetes operators
Strong CI/CD experience: automated pipelines, test coverage, deployment workflows
Broad DevOps expertise: scripting, infrastructure as code, configuration management, automation
Familiarity with tools like ArgoCD, Artifactory, Harness, or similar platforms
Strong collaboration skills and experience thriving on remote, distributed teams
