Responsibilities
Forecasting: provide support for and coordinate updates to our company forecast model, including detailed bookings, revenue, and commissions forecasts
Business Partnering: work closely with Sales Operations and Commissions teams on the development and evaluation of our annual sales compensation plans
Evaluating: deliver regular insights of sales productivity and commissions for each sales segment
Analyzing: conduct ad-hoc analyses and build financial models to guide leaders towards efficient operating strategies, resource allocation, and investments in growth initiatives
Reporting: Assist in the creation of Board materials and executive updates; prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree; finance, business or economics preferred
3-5 years experience in FP&A, and/or superior analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative skills
Proficiency in financial modeling, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel
Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
Confidence to forge strong relationships with business partners at all levels of the organization
Drive for results and sense of urgency with capacity to multitask and prioritize
Highly organized with rigorous attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred
MBA a plus
Adaptive and/or Pigment preferred
exposure to sales org preferred
