Responsibilities
Lead and support substation projects, including physical and protection & control design
Develop drawings, schematics, layouts, relay panel wiring, grounding, and auxiliary power systems
Perform QA/QC reviews, mentor junior engineers, and oversee project deliverables
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure technical excellence
Prepare budgets, schedules, and specifications for procurement and construction
Support business development and present proposals/designs to clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years of HV (69 kV+) substation design experience in the U.S. power utility industry
Project lead or technical specialist experience
Strong QA/QC and client coordination skills
Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license
