Responsibilities

Enhance production activities by implementing analytical techniques and utilizing various data and data visualization tools

Monitor production health metrics, ensuring timely identification of potential issues and areas for improvement

Lead projects focused on production efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of solutions into the production environment

Work closely with Industrial Engineering, Production Management, and various production support functions to align objectives and ensure operational effectiveness

Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring production goals are met while adhering to quality standards and safety protocols

Required

Experience with continuous improvement, problem solving, and production planning in a manufacturing environment

Experience with forecasting methods (learning curves &/or parametric estimates)

Experience with statistical analysis, data analysis, &/or database operations

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

Experience with data analysis & database operations (Statistical process control, SQL, Tableau, data mining, strong Excel skills, etc.)

Experience with Assembly EVMS Processes

Experience working with business objects (BO) and enterprise data warehouse (EDW)

Experience with analytical and project planning tools and software, including MS Office Suite of tools

Lean/Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt, Green Belt, PDCA, etc.)

Project management experience

Experience with simulation modeling software, such as Simio
