They are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to manage multiple residential design projects, ensuring compliance with design codes and trends while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple residential design projects from concept through construction
Lead design, documentation, and staffing for projects including single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, condos, and amenities
Work independently under minimal supervision while collaborating with engineers and consultants
Conduct site planning and ensure design compliance with codes and trends
Coordinate construction documents and city submittals
Conduct site visits for construction coordination
Stay current with residential and multi-family design trends
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in residential architecture or related fields
Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam (mandatory)
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of IBC and residential typologies
Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and building codes
Excellent communication, team collaboration, and project management skills
Preferred
Licensed Architect in Utah
