Sr. Sales Executive (Service and Preventative Maintenance)

Talentsearchpro is experiencing rapid growth through nationwide HVAC acquisitions and expansions, and they are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to manage and develop new commercial service and preventative maintenance contract business. The role involves attracting new clients, ensuring outstanding customer service, and leading the sales process to achieve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop new commercial service and preventative maintenance contract business
Attract new clients by establishing and retaining relationships
Identify and meet client requests while ensuring outstanding customer service
Serve as the leader of the prospecting and sales process to ensure new business and customer satisfaction
Establish customer rapport with products and services
Educate prospective customers on Legacy's superior quality products/services
Help facilitate post-sale transitions with service/project members
Continually call on assigned accounts to maintain and expand customer relationships
Follow up with existing sales bids and leads while supporting team members to achieve KPIs
Efficiently manage sales leads, customer orders, and current projects in Salesforce
Maintain current knowledge of competitive products and system characteristics
Work with the operations team to prepare and submit all technical data for approval
Review all submittals and orders prior to processing
Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, reporting potential claims
Keep management informed of local competition and market conditions

Required

3-5 years of sales experience within the Industrial, Construction / Service industry (MEP)
Demonstrable new business prospecting skills and prior sales results
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
Proven ability to consistently contribute positively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels
Ability to work independently and manage personal time effectively
Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills

Preferred

Experience in HVAC Sales preferred
Salesforce experience preferred
