Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and monitor weekly production schedules and planning metrics
Coordinate machine, personnel, and material resources to meet delivery commitments
Prioritize and schedule projects based on capacity, materials, and labor availability
Communicate forecasted changes and potential impacts on production and staffing needs
Analyze capacity data and take proactive steps to mitigate or expedite schedule changes
Coordinate release of materials and products based on project timelines
Work cross-functionally to ensure material readiness and production alignment
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning and scheduling processes
Complete additional assignments as directed by management
Qualification
Required
Experience in production scheduling
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
Experience in inventory management
Ability to develop, maintain, and monitor production schedules
Strong coordination skills for machine, personnel, and material resources
Ability to prioritize and schedule projects based on capacity, materials, and labor availability
Strong communication skills for forecasted changes and impacts on production
Analytical skills to analyze capacity data and mitigate schedule changes
Experience in coordinating release of materials and products
Ability to work cross-functionally for material readiness and production alignment
