Responsibilities

Leverage data, technology and customer-back thinking to design initiatives that help us grow the banking business

Collaborate cross-functionally with partners from product, operations and engineering to launch marketing campaigns that are tailored and targeted to the right customers

Be entrepreneurial and seek information/data to solve complex problems

Own, build and monitor the financial performance model of on-boarded customers. Use the feedback loop from monitoring to get better at targeting

Communicate clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders, tailoring content to the audience and ensuring alignment across functions

Required

Strong quantitative analytical skills

4-6 years of demonstrated ability building and leading strategies that have helped deliver solid growth in banking/credit card businesses

Hands-on experience with SQL / R / Python (Pandas, Scikitlearn etc.)

Experience in designing and interpreting randomized testing frameworks

Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex programs and focus on key areas of leverage

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
