Planner/Buyer

Netvita is responsible for coordinating production planning and procurement to ensure on-time delivery to customers. The Planner/Buyer role involves managing inventory levels, issuing purchase orders, and collaborating with suppliers and production teams to support efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement production plans for injection molding & assembly operations to meet customer order commitments
Monitor inventory levels of components, packaging & raw materials, placing purchase orders as needed while maintaining optimal stock levels
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers; negotiate pricing for materials related to injection molding processes
Ensure timely delivery of materials to minimize production downtime while adhering to quality standards
Utilize ERP/MRP systems for tracking inventory, production schedules, and order fulfillment
Prepare and present reports on production plans & and purchasing activities to manager

Required

2–5+ years of experience in planning, buying, or supply chain roles
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

Preferred

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies
Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically those used in manufacturing contexts
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively & independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
