Responsibilities

Support the creation and evolution of the company’s long-term strategy and multi-year financial/operational plan
Lead deep-dive analyses on categories, trends, operations, and customer insights to inform strategic choices
Translate insights into well-structured strategies and recommendations for senior leadership
Own the development of financial models, business cases, and scenarios that underpin strategic decisions
Evaluate new initiatives and opportunities with analytical rigor and a customer-centric mindset
Develop clean, compelling presentations for the leadership team
Communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively to diverse audiences
Partner closely with teams across merchandising, operations, digital, stores, marketing, and finance to drive strategic initiatives forward
Help teams translate strategy into structured plans, milestones, KPIs, and implementation approaches
Support change management efforts that enable new strategies, capabilities, and processes
Build strong relationships across the organization to foster alignment and momentum

Required

6–10 years of experience in corporate strategy, retail strategy, management consulting, or a similar field
Strong analytical problem-solving skills and financial modeling capabilities
Exceptional written, visual, and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
Passion for youth culture, value retail, and delivering a fun, engaging customer experience
