Responsibilities
Assist in various applications story discovery and scoping throughout the life cycle of each code release. This would include, but not limited to, Broadridge’s Wealth Aggregation and Insights application, financial reports, API’s & ETL processes
Aid in the design of detailed data mapping and report designs that are specifically linked to defined business requirements ensuring coverage of all relevant business and system functionality
Act as liaison between development and testing teams to ensure proper hand-off documentation meets all necessary standards ensuring defects/issues are clarified, understood and resolved
Analyze, design, and document new or modified procedures and standards and assist in the development and implementation of metrics for assessing the quality of delivered applications
Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements with the appropriate sense of urgency
Deliver accurate effort estimates for work you're leading and adhere to strict project milestones
Daily management of duties throughout the agile project life cycle and provide proactive updates to project leads
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Financial Services, Information Technology or other related fields
5+ years of software product design and management within an agile environment
Excellent oral and written communications skills are a must
Ability to understand new concepts and ramp up on new technologies quickly
Ability to work under pressure and be highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage time appropriately
Knowledge of SaaS applications
Preferred
5+ years of Financial/Brokerage Services Industry experience
Previous experience with Atlassian's Jira & Confluence products
proficiency in Microsoft SQL queries to research, analyze and troubleshoot data
