Responsibilities
Develop and optimize programs for Swiss Style CNC Lathes
Setup, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment
Create programs from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
Perform equipment maintenance and ensure tight tolerances in production
Inspect finished parts and ensure all quality standards are met
Document programs, tooling setups, and procedures
Train and mentor junior programmers and operators
Collaborate with engineers and production teams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
3–5 years of Swiss CNC programming experience
Skilled in CNC setup, troubleshooting, and machine operation
Experience with M- and G-code, CAD/CAM CNC software
Experience in high-volume, high-precision environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred
technical/trade school or associate's in manufacturing
