Responsibilities
Lead on-site installation and implementation of commercial AV systems
Manage and execute AV projects per blueprints and technical specs
Pull, terminate, and test AV cabling; install projectors, displays, and sound systems
Build and wire racks, configure Q-SYS control systems, and troubleshoot AV networks
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to deliver on time and within standards
Perform site visits and maintain professional job-site organization
Qualification
Required
Strong experience installing and managing commercial AV systems
Certifications: CTS-I, Q-SYS Level 2 is Mandatory
Solid understanding of network configuration (Netgear switches/routers)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read CAD drawings, blueprints, and riser diagrams
Excellent customer-facing communication and leadership in the field
Preferred
Dante Level 2 is optional
