Drafting of domestic and foreign trust instruments for international clients (priority)

Cross-border investments and formation, and oversight and reorganization of complex international structures

International information returns, streamline filings, and withholding tax compliance

Qualification

Required

4-6 years of experience in advising foreign and domestic clients on U.S. federal income, gift, and estate tax matters

International information returns, streamline filings, and withholding tax compliance

LL.M. in Taxation is required

JD from an ABA-accredited law school

Admission to the Florida Bar or eligible to become licensed/transfer

Relocation to Florida is acceptable

Excellent research and writing skills, detail oriented

Must have a deep commitment to client service

The ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize matters

Strong communication skills, and the desire to continuously learn new things
