Proactively identify and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays
Work closely with manufacturers to prioritize production and address capacity constraints to avoid bottlenecks
Oversee 3PL providers to ensure timely, accurate shipments and maintain high service standards
Continuously seek opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate planning processes for greater efficiency
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience within supplements, wellness, or CPG industries
Expertise in supply planning, purchasing/procurement, and inventory management
Prior experience with managing vendors and manufacturers
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent communicator
