Rite of Passage is dedicated to improving the lives of youth, and they are seeking a Program Manager for their Rite Care Program in Kent County, Michigan. The Program Manager will oversee operations, ensure compliance, and lead a team to provide essential services to at-risk youth.

Responsibilities

Oversee program operations and administration to ensure every service from treatment and education to wellness support is delivered with excellence and care
Ensure compliance while creating an environment of teamwork, accountability, and growth
Lead a dynamic team
Manage budgets and staffing
Shape program development to meet the evolving needs of the youth and communities we serve
Mentor and train dedicated staff members
Partner with local agencies, juvenile courts, and schools
Build lasting community relationships that enhance program outcomes
Act as a community ambassador promoting the program through outreach, visibility efforts, and meaningful engagement

Qualification

Required

bachelor's degree in related field
experience as LMSW or be familiar with the scope of work
at least 4 years' experience working with at-risk youth
must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP Driver
must possess a current state driver's license and have an acceptable driving record for the past 3 years
be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test

Preferred

master's degree in related field
