The role involves performing preventive maintenance and advanced repairs on various equipment, primarily in remote locations. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and some mechanic experience, particularly with diesel and heavy construction equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance on equipment at customer locations
Diagnose and perform advanced repairs on equipment
Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment in challenging remote locations
Develop new skills for a career path in service or operations management
Collaborate with an incredible team in a safety-focused environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (21+ years old; CDL may be required in some locations)
Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
May need to provide personal mechanic tools
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 lbs or more
Work indoors and outdoors as required
Preferred
1-2 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty equipment strongly preferred
Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location
some trade school or equivalent training desired
