Lead end-to-end recruitment and retention strategies for critical technician roles in a highly competitive market

Develop and implement talent-building programs, including an apprenticeship program, sponsorship initiatives, and partnerships with local high schools, technical colleges, and universities to strengthen technician pipelines

Partner with leadership on workforce planning, engagement, and retention initiatives to reduce turnover and improve team stability

Enhance onboarding and training programs to support field-based technicians and ensure compliance

Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, time-to-fill) and recommend data-driven improvements

Serve as a trusted advisor to Service Team leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals
