Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and maintain eGain’s Cloud Services based on AWS infrastructure, services, and tools
Develop and maintain tools to automate routine operational tasks
Resolve customer questions about eGain Cloud SaaS solutions via phone, chat, and email
Troubleshoot customer problems, working with product engineering
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
Preferred
Experience in a cloud operations or technical support role in a SaaS company
Certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
Experience in building automation tools using AI
