Responsibilities

Empower organizations to enhance productivity and collaboration
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close within our SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
Drive new business acquisition through various sales channels
Strategically partner with sales executives, providing accurate forecasts and insights into revenue performance
Customize product demonstrations to meet the unique needs of each client, showcasing the power of Otter
Serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in Product and Marketing
Pioneer top-down selling motions and methodologies

Qualification

Required

2+ years of closing experience in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment
A proven track record of managing the full sales cycle and successful contract negotiation
Experience working with security procurement, legal, and finance teams
Proficiency in using Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, or other sales tools
A go-getter attitude and a commitment to developing repeatable processes that support a high volume of transactions
Excellent team orientation and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
Impeccable customer skills, including communication, empathy, and integrity
Adaptability, flexibility, and resilience in an ever-changing environment
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
