Computer Software

Responsibilities

Serve as an expert in the endpoint security space, including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, and related technologies
Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
Articulate security challenges to various audiences
Operate as a strong self-starter, working independently
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering as the technical bridge between the organization and prospects/customers
Conduct demonstrations and proof of value presentations to external audiences, including C-level executives
Effectively manage time and stay organized

Required

Bachelor's degree in technical studies with 1+ years of relevant experience in IT, security, system engineering/administration, or sales engineering
Minimal travel required (potential for annual Sales Kickoff Event)
Knowledge of malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis
Ability to write and modify basic scripts in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies
Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Proficient understanding of Active Directory
Customer-facing experience and confidence in leading presentations

Preferred

Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS, or participation in security events (e.g., capture the flag)
