Business Development Manager
TTSG is seeking a Business Development Manager who will be the driving force behind growth in the Managed Print Solution and Managed Service Provider sectors. The role involves identifying new revenue streams and building consultative relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, while managing a robust sales pipeline and executing sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Conduct targeted market research to identify high-potential prospects and partners within the MPS/MSP landscape
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Deeply understand their business challenges to position our services as essential value-added solutions
Proactively source, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline. Maintain accurate data within the CRM to ensure a consistent flow of opportunities
Transition from training into a high-performance rhythm, consistently securing 8 qualified appointments per week
Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with company objectives. Partner with the broader sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking conferences to stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
Work alongside management and technical teams to ensure our messaging is consistent and our solutions are deliverable
Track and report on key KPIs—including conversion rates and revenue growth—providing data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of proven success in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the MPS or MSP industries
Exceptional communication skills with an energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor
A strong understanding of Managed Print and Managed IT service models, market trends, and the competitive landscape
Ability to identify 'pain points' and translate them into actionable business opportunities
Proficiency with CRM software and modern sales/marketing automation tools
A results-oriented mindset with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
