Required

3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in-house or sophisticated law firm

Strong background in reviewing legal documents, fact gathering, drafting legal documents, maintaining and updating files, accessing and updating online databases, monitoring case schedules and filing deadlines

Extensive experience maintaining legal documents utilizing an electronic filing system

Strong communication and technical skills (e.g., Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint) and ability to adapt to new technologies and software

Outstanding professional references
