Responsibilities
Assist with property maintenance and repairs of our luxury assisted living community
Responsible for all aspects of property maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting, furniture assembly, snow removal, equipment repair, preventative maintenance
Maintain a friendly, courteous and positive attitude at all times
Qualification
Required
Previous maintenance/repair experience and skilled in one or many of the areas noted above
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Kind, patient and compassionate demeanor when encountering residents, management, family members and guests
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workloads and juggle many hats at the same time
Must have a stable work history and solid references
A minimum of a high school diploma is required
Preferred
Experience working in a hotel, apartment complex, residential community, assisted living community or skilled nursing facility
Some college or advanced training
