Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 10 IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
Oversee all IT operations and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Manage the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
Create and execute strategic IT plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and support services
Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning and backup systems
Provide leadership during technology projects and system implementations
Monitor and report on IT performance metrics and KPIs
Qualification
Required
Lead and manage a team of 10 IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management

Preferred
5+ years of experience in IT management or leadership roles
Strong background in IT budgeting, planning, and resource management
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams
Experience with enterprise infrastructure, networking, and security
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft certifications) are a plus
Strategic thinking with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
