Responsibilities

Management of a portfolio of Embedded Banking partnerships

In partnership with Embedded Banking partner, identify, evaluate, drive and lead new and ongoing strategic initiatives focused on continual partner growth (e.g, payments, lending, banking)

Leveraging market analysis and competitive positioning, contributing to the definition and development of partner business strategy

Develop and execute strategic plans for partner growth

Leverage data analytics to optimize bank and partner performance

Lead cross functional teams to deliver strategic priorities

Own intake, management, and resolution of partner issues, and/or escalations related to partner, serving as the key point of contact for partner executive stakeholders
