The Director of Consumer Satisfaction will lead quality control strategies, oversee multiple teams, and ensure superior product experiences through process improvement and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement short- and long-term quality improvement strategies

Ensure product specifications exceed competitor standards from raw materials to final product

Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistent quality and food safety practices

Establish and monitor KPIs and financial targets for quality operations

Provide technical support to R&D, Operations, Processing and Engineering via Capex projects by directing the evaluation of processes and product improvement initiatives and providing input on equipment, manufacturing and process initiatives

Analyze, monitor and achieve financial objectives by preparing the Quality Assurance budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions as needed

Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team for high performance and retention

Stay current with industry trends and regulations through continuous learning
