Responsibilities
Manage enterprise systems (Entrata, Yardi, third-party platforms)
Oversee integrations, workflows, permissions, and automation
Lead onboarding, migrations, and system transitions
Design and improve integrations (API, ETL, automation)
Build dashboards using Power BI, Vena, and UNITE
Ensure data governance, system reliability, security, compliance, and vendor coordination
Lead the Enterprise Solutions team and partner across departments
Qualification
Required
7+ years in enterprise systems or property tech
Expertise in Entrata/Yardi and integration tools
Experience with APIs, ETL, and automation (Power Automate)
Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) and financial systems
Project management certification (PMP/Agile)
Bachelor's in Information Systems, CS, or related field
