Responsibilities
NPI Planning & Execution: Lead planning, scheduling, and coordination of prototyping/sample demand for new products. Maintain a feasible supply plan and master schedule across multiple time horizons and aggregation levels
Inventory Optimization: Develop and implement inventory policies and targets tied to planning methodologies through the new product development life cycle, tying in the maturity of the design. Analyze performance and trends to balance service, cost, and risk
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Program Management, Engineering, Sourcing, Production Control, Quality, and the internal factories to drive improvements and resolve supply gaps
Risk & Resilience: Assess and mitigate supply chain risks through forecasting models for engineering / NPI
Supplier Management: Provide long-term forecasts and capacity requirements to internal factories and suppliers
Digital Transformation: Lead and participate in business process improvements and digital transformation projects to enhance supply chain efficiency for engineering/NPI
Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform in-depth data analysis for inventory mgmt., capacity, and CT and present high-level supply planning assessments, and recommend actions
Communication: Proactively communicate supply vs. demand gaps, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders and senior management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent years of experience)
15 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or management
At least 4 years in a semiconductor or high-tech environment
Proven leadership and management skills; ability to lead and motivate
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; hands-on experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience with MRP, ERP, and advanced planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9, Adexa)
Expertise in manufacturing, planning processes, inventory analysis, and demand forecasting with specific focus on NPI
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
Passion for digital transformation and leveraging technology to create supply chain value
Preferred
Master's or MBA preferred
