Responsibilities
Analyze client needs, identify solutions, and determine case strategies
Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence
Advise clients by weighing available options toward a successful outcome and plan a course of action
Manage administrative assistants, paralegals, and law clerks
Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings
Qualification
Required
Experience with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy
Ability to research and write compelling legal arguments
Familiarity with current technology
Must be barred in Connecticut and live within 30 minutes of Hartford
Preferred
Litigation experience is a plus
