Required

2 - 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong understanding of messaging technologies and personalized communication triggers
Jira proficiency is a needed
Understanding of data structures and frameworks (messaging is data-driven)

Preferred

Familiarity with CPaaS platforms (big plus) and messaging tools (Adobe suite or similar) but not a deal breaker
Ideal backgrounds: Product Marketing professionals with experience collaborating with engineering teams
Product-focused candidates with messaging experience
