Responsibilities
Drive cost control, standard costing, and financial reporting for site performance
Lead annual budget, forecasting, and month-end close
Partner on investment strategy, CAPEX projects, and long-term planning
Implement governance, process improvements, and financial tools
Serve as strategic finance liaison across global, divisional, and site teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years in cost and plant/operations finance within manufacturing
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills (Sage 100, SAP a plus)
Proven ability to lead financial performance and partner at executive level
