New Grad, Entry LevelABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is one of the nation's largest less-than-truckload carriers. They are seeking a Shipment Research Validation Analyst I to inspect shipments, ensure the accuracy of freight bill descriptions, and manage the local SRV reweigh program.

Responsibilities
Other duties and projects, as assigned
Work in a team setting to accomplish department goals
Maintain a positive attitude in a highly intense environment
Promote the SRV reweigh program at the local distribution center and assigned end of line service centers, and take action to ensure reweigh frequencies are at or above goals set by SRV Management
Train and educate service center personnel concerning proper reweigh procedures
Check and maintain all Shipment Research Validation (SRV) equipment
Inspect shipments and provide complete and accurate documentation for proper corrections to freight bills
Qualification
Required
Understanding of Service Center operations
Understanding of scale and dock tablet operations and use
Solid research and analysis skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience in Service Center operations
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of ABF tariff rules and applications
Understanding of ABF Pricing policies and procedures
Understanding of the NMFC Classification and their rules and application
