Responsibilities
Manage the full project billing cycle, including setup, invoicing, and client inquiries
Review contracts, change orders, and ensure compliance with billing policies
Prepare invoices using multiple templates and update billing terms as needed
Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve billing issues
Process proposal logs, project initiation forms, and maintain accurate records
Participate in billing meetings and ensure deadlines are met
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Accounting or 5+ years of billing/accounting experience
Strong knowledge of project accounting and billing processes
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and accounting software (Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus)
Preferred
Experience in construction, engineering, utilities, or similar industries preferred
