Senior Program Scheduler

Responsibilities

Develop complex, multi-phased, resource loaded Program Integrated Master Schedule(s) (IMS) that reflect the Statement of Work, Basis of Estimate, and contract reporting requirements
Conduct Schedule trend analysis and report data, e.g. late start/finish, forecast dates impacts, manage program Schedule margin, and changes to critical path(s)
Utilize Gantt, PERT, Milestone Charts, Earned Value Management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances
Provide schedules visibility, reporting, and schedule analyses, assist in risk analyses, and identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts
Ability to create and maintain a Program-Level Tier 1 Summary Schedule
Works directly with Project Teams to identify internal and external dependencies, milestones and deliverables

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related or technical field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in defense, government, and/or engineering design projects
Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Project
Ability to create and maintain a fully resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule in accordance with industry best practices, company policies, and contractual requirements, often with a minimum of 1000 lines
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communications skills with the ability to successfully interact with internal and external customers as well as co-workers at every level
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Extensive understanding of Scheduling best practices including but not limited to: Critical Path Analysis, Resource Management, Capacity Planning, Material Planning, Baseline Management, Earned Value Management
Ability to analyze project resource plan against current availability and capacity and recommend to the Project Manager on leveling options and over allocations
Ability to adhere to Oceaneering safety standards
Excellent communication skills
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred

Knowledge of Basic System Engineering and Manufacturing processes
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Risk Analysis and mitigation strategies
