Responsibilities
Create, prepare, and confirm signatures on Statements of Values (SOVs)
Maintain cooperative relationships, track reporting requirements, and provide timely updates to stakeholders
Upload budgets, monitor ProGreen accounts receivable, and ensure accuracy of financial data
Update package estimates and maintain fields in NetSuite; support bid tracker backup processes
Manage supplies, kitchen inventory, and prepare FedEx labels to support staff needs
Ensure all records are up to date, accurate, and filed according to company policies
Provide assistance to leadership and team members with scheduling, communication, and clerical tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or project coordination role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy
Preferred
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
