Responsibilities
Lead the design, documentation, and consulting for ICT and physical security systems
Manage projects and serve as a primary client-facing consultant
Collaborate with CAD staff and contribute to drafting standards for security design projects
Provide technical expertise and support across multiple concurrent projects
Contribute to marketing and business development activities, including networking, presentations, and authorship of professional content
Assist in maintaining and advancing firmwide standards in security design practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in ICT and physical security system design
Proven consulting, documentation, and project management experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated client-facing capabilities
Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects in a hybrid environment
Preferred
BICSI RCDD certification preferred
ASIS PSP certification preferred
CPTED certification a plus
