Digital Experience Manager
United Bank is seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Experience Manager to support the execution of their digital strategy. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing the digital customer experience to ensure alignment with business objectives and enhance online sales.

Responsibilities
Support Digital Strategy, Marketing & Sales in developing and executing digital strategies that enhance online customer experiences, engagement, and online sales
Maintain and update the BankWithUnited.com site with content updates using Adobe Experience Manager, the content management system
Respond to urgent requests and help write and create website copy and assets that align to business objectives
Manage website tools such as calculators, translation and site search and make updates as necessary
Oversee the execution and delivery of digital campaigns that includes writing campaign briefs aligning with the overall digital strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve approvals and feedback and work within guidelines, processes and workflows
Partner with internal and external teams and vendors to deliver creative assets that can be executed within various owned platforms
Use analytic platforms and report on monthly site performance, tools usage and digital marketing tactics
Use data driven insights to recommend optimizations and enhancements for ongoing programs
Create test plans to influence engagement across the site while also be integral in quality assurance
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly evaluating digital strategy processes and outcomes
Manage project timelines and resources to ensure deliverables are met
Manage localization efforts and make updates as necessary working closely with 3rd party vendor
Understand KPIs and develop website and program enhancements that can be tested, optimized and implemented
Apply SEO/GEO tactics to boost organic and agentic search results at both local and regional levels
Maintain a content calendar for a relevant financial literacy online library and make product updates as necessary through the website
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field of study
3-5 years of related digital marketing, digital project management or digital analysis experience, preferably within the financial industry
Strong understanding of content strategy, including experience developing, managing, and optimizing content for SEO and websites
Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) and personalization capabilities
Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Figma
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel up to 20%
Preferred
Familiarity with Google Paid Search implementation a plus
Understanding of web design best practices, a plus
Knowledge with content management platforms preferred, such as Adobe Experience Manager
