1+ years expLCOR is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join the Park 151 Apartments team. The Service Technician will be responsible for various maintenance tasks, ensuring the community's value is maintained and enhanced.

Responsibilities
Performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community
Inspect property and report any safety hazards or needed repairs to Service Manager
Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc
Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services, including but not limited to pest control, community inspections, etc
Assist office staff with delivery of resident notices
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years' experience in Community Management
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, elevators, and energy management systems
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Must be able to lift 25-100 lbs. on a regular basis
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be available to assist in after-hours emergency situations
Must be available for night/weekend call duty
Must be able to work during inclement weather
Inspect property and report any safety hazards or needed repairs to Service Manager
Assist with hazardous weather problems, fires, floods, freezing temperatures, snow removal, etc
Must accompany vendors in occupied units for services, including but not limited to pest control, community inspections, etc
Assist office staff with delivery of resident notices
Must be willing to work weekends
Plumbing/Electrical skills is a must
Repair/replace locks, smoke alarms
Appliance repairs
Roofing inspection/minor roof repairs
HVAC repairs - Active HVAC Certification & experience is a must
Preferred
Experience using Yardi or other Property Management Software is a plus
